Shiv ji Bholenath Costume The costume consists of a half gown with extra ornaments. The costume maintains the simplicity which lord shiva is famous for but at the same time consists of a lot of items. The costume comes with a Jata "wig", Damru "the two side mini drum" , a fake snake around the neck and the plastic Trishul "Trident". The half gown has a tiger skin printed design with edges which make it look like real fur. The snake is made of cloth and goes around the neck. It is advised to be careful as this might cause strangulation. Along with the snake, there is the rudraksha mala which makes the costume more authentic. The Damru and the Trishul finish the costume. The Trishul is shiny and lightweight and the edges are not too sharp and hence can be handled easily by the child. Covering the body with ash will help in creating a close replica to the description of Lord Shiva.

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
