Motu character Mascot costumes is lightweight softheads that is unbreakable and easy to clean. We do use vacuume formed plastic only were needed. The plastic that we use is a light plastic so all mascots are very comfortable. They all have an interior lining that gives them a protection as well as sturdiness. The construction of the costume is vital to it's durabiliy. Our costumes usually last 6 to 8 years in regular weekly use. Because of the protective lining in the head we are able to install a battery operated fan for the comfort of the user. The bodies are not just jumpsuits. They are made in the body shape of the character they represent.
Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
